If you hit a bug or need licensing help, include your extension version, browser version, and a short reproduction path. For Stripe purchase issues, include your checkout email and the Stripe receipt date, but do not post your full license key publicly.

Fast troubleshooting checklist

  1. Refresh the Genspark tab and retry export.
  2. Open extension settings and revalidate your license key.
  3. Confirm checkout URLs are configured and the Netlify license validation endpoint is reachable.
  4. If the issue persists, open a GitHub issue with your browser version and steps to reproduce.
